Anna’s Menu was born in our family home. While raising four children, Emiliano, Miriam, Antonio and Gianvito, and sharing daily life with Franco, Mamma Anna created a simple weekly rhythm to organise the kitchen and bring everyone to the table. Each day had its place. The structure stayed the same, while the ingredients changed with the season, the garden, the market and what was available at home. It was never written as a rule, but it became part of our family ritual: a way to cook with balance, avoid waste, and keep the Mediterranean diet at the centre of everyday life.
Three days of the week followed a structure that never changed: Monday was dedicated to legumes, Friday to fish, and Sunday to handmade pasta. The remaining days allowed more flexibility, guided by the seasons, the garden, the market and what was available at home, but always within a balanced Mediterranean rhythm. For us, Anna’s Menu is more than a collection of recipes. It is part of how we grew up, how we gathered, and how Leùlia has always lived at the table... Always with us, a constant presence in the meals and moments we share.
